It has been announced that True Blood’s Joe Manganiello joins Chris Pine and Cher to present at the 2010 MTV VMA’s.
Also added to the list of celebs passing out Moonmen are Rosario Dawson, the cast of Glee, Ellen DeGeneres, Katy Perry and the cast of Jersey Shore!
Previously announced presenters include Justin Timberlake, Ke$ha, Nicki Minaj, Emma Stone, Penn Badgley and Ashley Greene.
The 2010 MTV VMAs air Sunday, September 12 on MTV!

Just a reminder to all the “True Blood” and television fans alike, the 62nd Annual Primetime Emmy Awards air tonight on NBC at 8pm. This year’s telecast will take place at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles, California with “Late Night” host Jimmy Fallon as emcee. “True Blood” is up for five (5) awards at this years award show.

The nominations for this years Teen Choice Awards are out and True Blood has received two nominations! Unfortunately, (and expectantly) Joe was not nominated for an individual award, but check out the True Blood related nominations anyway:

His parents Charles and Susan were both born in Boston, Massachusetts but moved to Pittsburgh a few years before Joe was born. He has one younger brother, Nicholas, who works behind the scenes in the entertainment industry in Los Angeles.
